Last October, in Whitman County, WA, Jonathan Rasmussen shot & killed a federally protected gray wolf that he admitted did not pose a threat. State wildlife officials turned over the case to county prosecutor, Denis Tracy on Nov. 19, 2014, whose office is saying that the case is still under consideration and no charges have yet been filed.
